When Kurt first started his journey, he was 260 pounds. Almost 100 pounds dropped, super lean, and with an emphasis on muscle gain, Kurt turned back the clock on aging and is truly a beast in the gym. Kurt also understands the need to refuel after a tough week of training, hence the awesome meal from the Ground Burger Bar in Newmarket Ontario, Canada.
Does this sort of eating happen every week? Of course it does. Kurt is operating with a healthy metabolism as part of a crafted plan of exercise and diet. ‘
