Power Players: Armblaster Workout

In this video, we take Andy and Mike through the Armblaster workout, a program they have been following for a year now to bring up the size of their arms. This regimen is a once per week protocol, with the video serving to show the intensity required to create an adaptive response and growth. (Clips of video shown, with the entirety of the workout outlined below)

This is also our first look at Power Player, Andy Walton, in a while, noticing that the physique, while not on the pace he had intended, is improving nicely.

Workout Specifics:

  • 3 High Intensity Super Sets of Tricep Dips and Tricep Pushdowns (1.5 min rest between sets)
  • 6 Sets of Tricep Pushdowns (30 seconds on 30 seconds off)
  • 3 High Intensity Super Sets of Cable Bicep Curls and Dumbell Hammer Curls (1.5 min rest between sets)
  • 6 Sets of Machine Bicep Curls (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off)
