Fit-U-Strength-Chest

The exercises in the video are:

  • Machine Chest Press
  • Pec Deck Flyes
  • Dumbell Press
  • Dumbell Flyes

The flyes will isolate the chest whereas the other movements will also incorporate a bit of triceps and shoulders.

Some Key Points:

  • Heaviest weight you can handle with good form, for full range of motion
  • Choose a weight that you can perform for 30-50 seconds depending on your desired goal
  • Keep continuous tension on the muscles throughout the movement
  • Do not lock out or pause at the top or bottom of the movement
  • Dumbell exercises will give you a greater range of motion whereas the machines will allow you to work with greater loads without worrying as much about balance
