The exercises in the video are:
- Machine Chest Press
- Pec Deck Flyes
- Dumbell Press
- Dumbell Flyes
The flyes will isolate the chest whereas the other movements will also incorporate a bit of triceps and shoulders.
Some Key Points:
- Heaviest weight you can handle with good form, for full range of motion
- Choose a weight that you can perform for 30-50 seconds depending on your desired goal
- Keep continuous tension on the muscles throughout the movement
- Do not lock out or pause at the top or bottom of the movement
- Dumbell exercises will give you a greater range of motion whereas the machines will allow you to work with greater loads without worrying as much about balance
