Food Strategy 101

I had the privilege of learning nutrition from a great professor in university.  The course was a year long.  Approximately 100 hrs of theory and methodology. At the end of the course, the professor said “Wonderful! You are now an expert in the field of nutrition. Now I’m going to give you the 2 Hour Cheat Sheet Version of everything you need to know to look and feel great as it pertains to food”.

This 5 part series, over the next few weeks, is designed to give you some real tools and education to move forward with complete confidence in your meal planning and choices so that you know EXACTLY what you need to do to move in the right direction.

No fancy explanations or scientific mumbo jumbo.  Just straightforward practical strategies you can use right away.
