Fitness and writing have been passions of mine for as long as I can remember. In 2000, I wrote my first book, a manual on fitness and health, and shortly thereafter went on a very successful speaking tour. 17 years later, a lot has changed. New insights, new trends, a better understanding of what makes people “tick”; this new book is less about specific nutrition and exercise principles, and more about the psychology and strategies needed to build a great body and keep it once and for all.
